U.S. Poly Outdoor Flags
Our two-ply polyester fabric is specially loomed and dyed to withstand the most demanding weather conditions, counteract the effects of ultraviolet light, and still remain crisp and bright. Their embroidered stars, brilliant colors, and finely crafted details make them a beautiful outdoor flag. They are quadruple-stitched and back-tacked at the hem with X-box reinforcements on both the top and bottom.

What Separates our flags from the rest
- Construction begins with the finest fabrics and color-matched threads available.
- We embroider our own Starfields for all of our flags up to 20x38'.
- Our industrial T60 thread will withstand 60 lbs. of force.
- For the strongest headings in the industry, we use a heavy duty nine ounce Poly Sateen.
- We then carefully assemble each flag using a full 1/4” turn on all seams, a unidirectional chain stitch for all horizontal seams (it makes the flag stronger), and a lock stitch for all edge hems.
- Flags up to 6’ x 10’ feature heavy duty brass grommets, and for flags 8’ x 12’ and above, we provide heavy duty chrome D-rings for maximum flying strength.
- Flags 15x25' and larger are finished with our heavy duty webbing, which is 3 times the thickness of a seatbelt!

Flagpoles

External Halyard Flagpoles
The rope and pulley system to raise and lower the flag is on the exterior of the pole and fastened to a cleat at the base.
• Pole sizes available 15 feet to 80 feet.
The external Halyard Flagpoles is generally the most economical choice when the security of the flag is not an issue.

Internal Halyard Flagpoles
The rope or cable pulley system is concealed within the interior of the flagpole. Access to the Halyard is protected behind a locked door at the base of the pole. Internal Halyard Flagpoles are generally for commercial applications where flags fly 24/7 unsecured.
